Medical visits are by appointment only. After eligibility is established, an initial appointment will be scheduled. Please see Become a Patient page for details.

Please include the following information:
- Name
- Date of Birth
NOTE: Email service is for current primary & specialty care patients. If your eligibility card has lapsed, please call our office for assistance.
If leaving a voice mail message, clearly state your name, date of birth and telephone number. We cannot call you back without this information.

Tuesday 8:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8:30 a.m – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:30 a.m – 8:00 p.m.

For prescription refills:
Pharmacy: 240-773-0327
Call the pharmacy 1 week ahead for all refills.
Provide:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Name of medication(s) needed
*Pharmacy will call you when your medication is ready for pick-up
*Prescriptions are usually ready within 7 days
