Mercy Health Clinic is committed to removing barriers to accessing healthcare for our low-income uninsured neighbors. Your support is deeply valued and makes our work here possible.
Donors like you sustain our services and this year, your support will help us as we expand our program to include adolescents. As of June 2021, Mercy is a secondary healthcare provider for low-income students at four local schools when those school are not in session and / or the school buildings are closed. Additionally, Mercy is building our Adolescent Medical Home and will be the primary healthcare provider for 250 youth under the Montgomery County Care for Kids program by the end of 2022.
Montgomery County estimates that there are more than 55,000 residents who are uninsured, even after the expanded coverage provided through the Affordable Care Act. We provide high-quality healthcare, health education and medications – free of charge – for our neighbors to help ensure that everyone in Montgomery County has access to high quality healthcare.
