Thank you for supporting our mission to provide excellent medical care, medications, and health education to low-income uninsured residents of Montgomery County, Maryland. We provide hope for many people who are struggling to make ends meet in the face of the high cost of living, including those who are juggling several jobs or those who recently arrived in this country and aren’t on their feet yet. We help alleviate the burden of tough decisions between paying for rent and food, or for the health care one desperately needs.
Since 2007, our number of patients has increased by nearly 50%. Even after the Affordable Care Act, more than 60,000 residents of Montgomery County, Maryland will be uninsured. We will continue providing quality care for our neighbors who are in need.
In order to continually grow our services, we need your support. Mercy Health Clinic is grateful for our individual and organization donors, as well as our extensive base of committed volunteers, for providing 55% of our annual operating budget.
